Use Oria Copilot

Oria is MantrixFlow’s read-only workspace Copilot. It helps you understand pipelines, connections, runs, SQL, schedules, usage, and product behavior without changing your workspace.

Open Oria

1. Sign in and select the correct organization.
2. Select Oria in the workspace sidebar.
3. Enter a question in the composer.
4. Add workspace context when the question refers to a specific resource.
5. Send the question and review the cited evidence before acting on important recommendations.

Oria automatically handles the question using your current workspace context. There is no catalog or assistant selection step.

Start a conversation

Use the plus icon in the upper-right corner to start a clean conversation. This is useful when you change topics or want to attach a different pipeline, connection, or run. Write a focused question that includes:

• the resource you are investigating;
• the result you expected;
• the result you observed;
• the time or run involved, when relevant.

For example:

• “Why is this pipeline not ready to run?”
• “Which phase failed in the latest run?”
• “Does this SQL output match the destination columns?”
• “Should this source use Full Table or Incremental sync?”
• “Is the current schedule likely to overlap?”
• “Why is this feature unavailable on my plan?”

Attach workspace context

Select Attach context in the composer when the question depends on a specific workspace resource. Choose the relevant pipeline, connection, run, SQL model, destination, or billing context. Context helps Oria retrieve the correct organization-scoped metadata and reduces ambiguous answers. Oria validates access on the server; attaching a resource does not bypass workspace permissions.

Review Chat History

Select the clock icon in the upper-right corner to open Chat History. From the history drawer you can:

• search previous conversations;
• reopen a conversation with its saved context;
• start a new conversation;
• open the conversation action menu;
• delete a conversation after confirmation.

Opening an existing conversation restores its saved workspace context. Start a new conversation when the next question concerns a different resource.

What Oria can do

Oria can:

• explain pipeline configuration and readiness;
• summarize discovered schemas and destination compatibility;
• investigate sanitized connection and run information;
• explain and validate SQL without saving it;
• compare sync approaches and suggest safer configuration;
• review schedule timing and observed run duration;
• explain plan and measured usage;
• answer product and connector questions;
• show permitted activity evidence to authorized roles.

Read-only safety boundary

Oria can inspect, explain, validate, and recommend. It cannot:

• create or edit a pipeline;
• save or publish SQL;
• run, retry, cancel, or delete a pipeline run;
• change a connection or reveal stored credentials;
• create or change a schedule;
• modify billing, membership, or organization settings.

Use the normal workspace screens to apply a recommendation. Verify important answers against the evidence shown in the response.

Permissions and privacy

Oria follows the current organization membership and role. Most questions require workspace read access. Sensitive activity evidence may require an Admin or Owner role. Provider requests use sanitized workspace context. MantrixFlow does not send stored passwords, provider keys, bearer tokens, cookies, private keys, raw connection configuration, payment data, or raw customer rows to the model.

Troubleshooting

Oria is not visible

Confirm that you are signed in, have selected an organization, and have active workspace access.

Oria is temporarily unavailable

Refresh the page once. If the problem continues, ask an administrator to check the Go Oria runtime, model configuration, and provider credentials. Provider credentials must remain only in the Go deployment.

The answer uses the wrong resource

Start a new conversation and attach the exact pipeline, connection, run, SQL model, destination, or billing context before sending the question again.

A question is restricted

Some workspace evidence is limited by role. Ask an organization Admin or Owner to review the request when the response indicates insufficient permission.

​

Chat History does not load

Confirm that the current organization has not changed. Refresh Oria, reopen the history drawer, and verify that the conversation belongs to the selected organization.
